Delivery, Returns & Refunds
WE ALWAYS AIM TO GET YOUR ORDER TO YOU AS FAST AND AS SIMPLY AS POSSIBLE.
When you order before 3pm, your order will be delivered the next day. Please tell us a suitable delivery point at your premises and make sure you’ve got the right equipment to unload it.
To receive free shipping using our economical delivery method, your order must be a minimum of £200.
If you place an order less than £200 or use an alternative delivery method, we’ll calculate the freight costs and add them to your invoice at the time of shipping.
If you place an order for products which are priced on application (POA), we’ll let you know the price and then update your order when you’re happy to go ahead.
HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER?
If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, we’re here to help. Email or call us, quoting your order number. We’ll get in touch as soon as we can and do our best to locate your goods straightaway.
If you’ve only received part of your order, it may be because we sometimes send goods in separate instalments.
Returns & refunds
NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?
No problem. If you’ve bought something from our catalogue and need to return it to us, so long as it’s unused and in its original packaging, we’ll be more than happy to give you a refund. This must be within 28 days of receiving your order.
If you’ve asked us to find you something that isn’t in our standard catalogue, please call us to discuss with our sales team, as sometimes we can’t refund bespoke items.
Please be aware you are responsible for the cost of return delivery.
MADE AN ORDER AND CHANGED YOUR MIND?
If you placed an order and don’t need it anymore, you can cancel it and receive a refund in full. If you cancel and your goods still arrive, you must return them to us within seven days.
Again, any unwanted items must be unused and in their original packaging for us to be able to do this.
