Polypropylene strapping is cheap, easy to apply and has high elasticity.

It’s commonly used for strengthening pallets, making parcels more secure and bundling leaflets or newspapers.

It can be sealed using semi-open metal seals or a friction weld strapping tool.

Polyester strapping is used for heavier duty applications (loads of 2+ tonnes).

It’s a lightweight, economical alternative to steel strapping and offers greater elasticity and load stability.

Normally applied with a friction weld strapping tool or using serrated seals, polyester strapping is strong, durable and resistant to chemicals, abrasion and sunlight.

It’s great for strapping timber, bricks, blocks and any engineered flat pack.
